With video production clients including Greater Manchester Talent Match, the People’s Powerhouse movement and Manchester charity The Men’s Room we are the Manchester video production agency of choice where there is a story about real people and their lives to tell.
We will work with you to create impactful video content that your audiences will want to watch, share and engage with. We know how important it is to get the video production process right and our experienced team will make sure all video content links in with your overall communications strategy and messaging.
High-Rise will take care of every aspect of the video production process from original concept through to editing and final video delivery and can offer corporate video production at our offices at the Bonded Warehouse in central Manchester or on location. We also offer filmed interviews as part of our media training packages for a realistic experience.
Filming in 4K as standard
Before we do anything our experienced in-house video producer will talk to you and assess the lighting and equipment requirements for your video production needs. This can include specialist filming equipment including Steadicam and Polecam minicam and crane systems where required.
We film in 4K and deliver the videos in 1080p HD as standard. This future proofs all the corporate videos we produce, as 4K is taking over from HD as the standard for film and video production. When time is of the essence we can edit footage overnight if required. We can offer specialist video production services such as animation, motion graphics, time-lapse and drone filming if required.
Our professional video production capabilities include the latest 4K time lapse cameras – unlike most time lapse video production companies we do not offer only fixed point filming. This means we can film from different angles at key points in the project to make for a more engaging and impactful corporate video.
Video production case studies
Greater Manchester Talent Match
As part of the event and communications support we provided to Greater Manchester charity Greater Manchester Talent Match we produced two films. One was a personal case study focusing on Matt’s story and the difference the charity had made supporting him into employment.
Our other video for Greater Manchester Talent Match required a very different treatment. They wanted a timeline video producing telling the story of the Big Lottery Funded programme and the highlights of its five years. For this we filmed a number of interviews including at the charity’s end of programme event at Gorton Monastery – we also used motion graphics to bring the dates and key points in the timeline to life.
High-Rise Communications are regularly asked to film convention and conference video highlights packages. These are carefully thought through before the day itself to make sure we capture all key messages and make the most of the opportunities the event provides. The People’s Powerhouse asked High-Rise to film at its 2018 Convention in Bradford, with a focus on explaining why the People’s Powerhouse movement is needed. This included interviews with members of the steering group including IPPR North and CLES as well as delegates attending on the day.
High-Rise also produced a video specifically for Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham’s fundraising ball in November 2018 featuring The Men’s Room in Manchester. It explained the difference the People’s Powerhouse movement can make in tackling issues such as homelessness and welcomed the Mayor’s efforts to shine a spotlight on the problem and raise funds through the Bed Every Night campaign.
